Delivery Information

For standard mainland UK delivery via Royal Mail, please allow 3-5 working days for your order to arrive.

Where possible we keep packaging to a minimum and plastic free as often as we can but we do need to ensure that your orders arrive safely and in excellent condition.

Standard mainland UK delivery is £4.95.  If your order is urgent, please contact us by emailing hello@sisiandlou.co.uk.

FREE standard delivery on orders £50 and over.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer shipping to locations outside of the mainland UK.

Returns

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, please email us at hello@sisiandlou.co.uk within 30 days of receipt to obtain a return agreement from us.  Please let us know your order number, item(s) to return and reason why you wish to return your item(s).

Returns must be in perfect sellable condition, unused and in their original packaging in order to receive a full refund which will go onto the original payment method.  We are not able to refund any postage.

Items being returned are at your expense and risk.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges.
